Methodology

Observed market line is a 7-day rolling median of real ETH/WETH sales. This is deliberately not labeled historical floor: OpenSea's current documented collection API gives us current collection stats plus sale events, not a collection-wide historical floor series.

Canonical handoff follows V1 until V2 begins trading, then V2 until V3 begins trading, then V3. Liquidity composite blends overlapping eras using nearby trade activity. Raw overlay shows the three era lines without stitching.

History cache is maintained by the VPS, not by public visitors. If the historical cache is incomplete, the server automatically resumes the OpenSea backfill in the background. The public interface exposes read-only progress only; there is no public rebuild trigger. Once complete, future visits reuse the local history cache and OpenSea only refreshes current stats and recent sales afterward.

Obvious malformed price events above 100 ETH per NFT are excluded from analytics and counted as anomalies rather than allowed to destroy the chart scale.

Modes are presets; layers are evidence. Canonical Handoff defaults to the canonical line only, Liquidity Composite defaults to the composite only, and Raw Overlay defaults to V1 + V2 + V3. After choosing a mode, the price/drawdown legends can be manually overridden. The 30D realized-sale median is off by default. Volume has its own V1/V2/V3 toggles and remains contract-native—there is deliberately no synthetic canonical volume because that would imply turnover that did not actually trade on a specific contract.
